01Payment plan
THB 200,000 to reserve, then five instalments without interest
The price includes the turnkey finish and the furniture package. You pay 35% within 30 days of the reservation, three instalments of 20%, 20% and 15% while the wings are built, and the last 10% when the home is handed over. We send the dates of each instalment for your home with the offer.

- Warranty: 1 year on finishing and engineering, 5 years on the structure
